Only if you ask it to. Videos wait for your review by default; Full Auto publishes on a schedule and is available on Creator and above. Either way you connect the channel yourself and can disconnect it at any time.
Open the project, copy its correlation ID, and send that with what you expected to happen. Every research, render and publishing log for that video carries the same ID, so it is the quickest way for us to find the run rather than guess at it.
